Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or external events beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $40.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

Packaging

We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging whenever possible. My products are securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed or appears lost:

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund if necessary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with:

Processing Times

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or restocks), processing times may be extended to 7–10 business days.
