Refund & Return Policy

We ​take pride in creating high-quality, handmade essential goods crafted with care. Since each item is made to order, we have a specific policy in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and small business.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personal use of essential goods (such as skincare, soaps, candles, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable once shipped.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

Change of mind

Scent or product preference

​

Items opened or used

​

Delays caused by shipping carriers

​

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, email us at jamaischoice@melodiccrafts.com with:

  • Your order number

​

  • A clear description of the issue

​

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

​

Once verified, we’ll either:

​

  • Ship a replacement at no additional cost, or

​

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

​

Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

​

1. Double-check your shipping address.

 

2. Look around your property and ask neighbors.

​

3. Contact your local carrier.

​

If you still cannot locate it, email us at jamaischoice@melodiccrafts.com and we’ll do my best to assist. However, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already started production and cannot cancel the order.

​

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number.
